We have a 2 bdrm cabin with a sunroom, and 1 bath, which sleeps 7-9 people. The cabin is walking distance to Lake Texoma, the walk is on a path to the beach, which has been named Rocky Point Estates Beach. It's right across from Grand Pappy's Point. You can walk or drive a dirt bike or a 4 wheeler, down this path. If you are elderly, or handicapped, you may want to drive over to Grand Pappy Point and look at the view, if you do not have a 4 wheeler to ride down to the beach on. Amenities are refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, Central AC/heat, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. The Space There's plenty of room, yet it's a small place and it's what I call very homey and comfortable. Guest Access There is a small convenience store and Tackle Shop on Hwy 84 and Grand Pappy's point is about a 1-2 miles away. Eisenhower Dam is near by, and it's 15-20 min from Choctaw Casino. The best catfish place around is Windy's right across the Eisenhower dam. Interaction with Guests As much as needed. We have two great geocaching courses, a tire-swing, a basketball court, horseshoes, corn-hole, a selection of board games and a small library with great books about adventure and woodcraft. Our home is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath home. There is a second living area(the porch) on the back with great views. It is probably the great gathering place for game playing. The porch has a beautiful view of the woods. The home also has a living room, dining area along with three nice sized bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has 3 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave/stove/refrigerator, (sorry no ice maker). The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. There is a small laundry area in the kitchen also. It has a washer and dryer. There's even an iron(somewhere) should you want to go back in time. There is a very large wood deck attached that has 2 umbrella tables and plenty of seating room. Off the deck is a gas grill and one tank of gas supplied. WIFI available, along with a few movies and many games to play. Boats available for rental nearby. Getting to the lake is a short hike. No vehicles are allowed on those properties as they are private, but walking down to the lake is very permissible. The beach is gorgeous. Walking distance to the beach. This is a small place that I have utilized every inch of. We wanted a lil fixer upper lake house for family fun! We are still doing both! a lil fixing up and a lot of family fun! Now we have decided to share the place so others can make their own memories! And I don’t think you could beat it!!! The boat ramp and beach are walking distance approximately 1/3 mile away. The neighborhood is a friendly place that watch out for each other. The boat ramp must have vehicles out by 7:30PM or will be locked in until 5:00AM The fire pit is great but I ask, please don’t burn any trash. Please take the BBQ Grill off the porch while in use and use can for hot ash. Please consider we are using a septic tank and the toilet paper must be “septic safe” I always try to have at least a roll for you. The hot water gets very hot very fast! Its not a five star but it is just what you’ll need!! Oh I forgot to mention we have two Kayacks if you’re over 25 to supervise.

Our spacious acreage is beautifully wooded and open for hiking, relaxing and recreation. We are just a short drive or walk to Lake Texoma just down the road. Peaceful home has a satisfying open floor plan, with three bedrooms and two baths, that sleeps eight comfortably. GPS welcomes you to continue reading; however, if you are short on time please go to Amenities (tab): As you pull into our place, you will find a convenient circle drive, easy boat/trailer access, and covered parking for multiple vehicles. Also, you’ll see that this home is set on a large wooded lot that will make you feel as if you are in the country. GPS is a retreat that will provide you a great time even without the lake. The GPS home has an open floor plan for fellowship and fun; there are spacious rooms and baths for your comfort and convenience. Entering the living room, you will see the dining room and a kitchen; kitchen is stocked with several appliances (e.g., fridge/stove/oven/microwave and coffee pots), cooking and serving hardware plus some spices. If you prefer grilling, just go out the back door to the deck and use the propane grill. Looking out from the deck, you’ll see areas for playing and/or resting. Take a walk thru the woods or walk around to the Texoma Corp property and walk down to the lake. If you just want to enjoy the outside, have a seat at the GPS’s Wabo patio, go play horseshoe, cornhole or throw a ball/Frisbee around. When evening rolls in you can sit around the fire pit. Just down the road from GPS, you can launch your boat or jet skis from the neighborhood boat ramp or spend the day at the local beach swimming and play areas; if you don’t own a boat, you can rent one at a nearby marina. If instead you choose to take a guided fishing trip, there are many Texoma fishing guides available! If you are wanting a little civilization, there are several stores, restaurants and bars. Golfers, there is the renown Tanglewood Golf course. High and low roller, if you are really feeling lucky, world class Choctaw casino is only thirty minutes away; go win big and return to the GPS after a fun night in Durant. There plenty of activities that can all be found near GPS, such as, Veterans, just up the road is the VFW and American Legion; boater there are cruises and charter boats. If you are more into nature and want to see wildlife, Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge are close by for an enjoyable hike or mountain bike excursions.
